How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

🔄 Returns & Cancellations

Can I return a product?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How do I cancel my order?
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Who pays for the return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
